Elements: 1.5 K.G. juice of different fruits like Mango, pineapple, papaya, orange, apple etc. 1.5 K.G. sugar, potassium metabisulphite 1 spoon, citric acid 1.5 spoon, orange oil 1 spoon, mango emulsion 1 spoon, sweet mango essence half spoon, orange emulsion half spoon and sweet orange essence half spoon.

Method: At first pare all of the fruits and blend those in a blender. Sieve the mixed fruits by a soft cloth for two times. Then boil the juice and sugar for a while. Stop boiling when the mixed juice and sugar is half dried out. Then add other elements in the mixture and budge properly with a tablespoon. Now douse the jelly and preserve it in the bottles.
